Age 77, of Newark, DE. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Age 83, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2017. John "Jack" was the son of the late John Edward and Annette (Creedon) Dougherty and was educated at St. Aloysius Academy, Archmere Academy, and the University of Delaware. Jack served proudly in the US Navy aboard the USS Hornet during the Korean War.
Peggy T. Hart passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Brandywine Nursing Home.
Edward Cunningham Jr. ” Eddie” age 56 passed away in his home on Feb. 16, 2017, surrounded by his family and friends. He leaves behind his wife Jewel, mother, Erma, sister, Ella, his children and longtime childhood friend, Marice. Eddie was a veteran of the Armed Forces and a Chef by trade. He will be deeply missed and forever loved by his family and friends. Services are private and to be announced for family and friends only.
Age 95, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, February 13, 2017 surrounded by her family. Born in Wilmington, DE, Margaret was the daughter of the late Matthew and Mary Josephine (Bozzo) Sarro.  She was a lifelong devout Catholic and a member of Holy Angels Church.  She was very active in St. Patrick’s Church and school while raising her family.  Her husband, Anthony J. Fiorelli, predeceased her in 1999 and her son, William P. Fiorelli in 2004.

Mary C. Hoffecker, 95, of Wilmington, died peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at Seasons Hospice, surrounded by her family. Born in Sharptown, MD, Mary was the daughter of the late Georgia (Bounds) and Levin Collins. She was a homemaker as well as a secretary for DuPont and the U.S Government during World War II.
Age 67, of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, February 6, 2017.
Lawrence “Larry” Nai—father, husband, son, uncle, nephew, friend, musician, poet and animal lover—died in his home on Friday, February 3, 2017, surrounded by his family. He was 62. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys (Smith) and Albert Nai, and his sister, Linda Nai Ward.
Sonya E. Clark “Sandy”, 72 of Wilmington passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Heartland Hospice House.
Mrs. Patricia Ann Levering, 68 of Wilmington Delaware passed away after a long fight with Breast Cancer surrounded by her family on February 3, 2017. Pat was born in Wilmington Delaware on December 18, 1948, the daughter of the late Mary and Walter Przybylek. She is a 1966 graduate of St Hedwig’s High School. She enjoyed the many years of employment at Women’s Imaging and the life-long friendships she had there.
Anna passed away peacefully on February 2, 2017, surrounded by her family. Anna was born in Lacko, Ukraine on February 8, 1923. During WWII, Anna went into forced labor in Germany to work on a farm. She married while in Germany, then immigrated to Brazil in 1947 and was fortunate to immigrate to Wilmington, Delaware in 1958.
