Age 52, of Wilmington, DE, passed away at Compassionate Care Hospice on July 2, 2017.

He was born in Manhattan, NY. He was a self-employed handyman.

Richard is survived by his wife of 2 years, Betsy Jackson Da Costa, a mother, a sister and a niece.

To the Dear Family of Richard Da Costa: I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one. I personally experienced the grief of losing my loved ones. To the family and friends of Richard Da Costa, I would like to express my deepest and heartfelt condolences. I am truly sorry for the lost that your family is feeling. Experiencing the lost of a beloved family member is one of the hardest thing that any of us can go thru. And because of that my thoughts and prayer are with your family. During this extremely difficult time, please turn to God for comfort and support. He promise to give your family the strength needed in order to endur this great lost.
