Barbara A. Franck, age 82, of Wilmington, DE passed away on October 18, 2018.
Robert Bors, age 68, of Newark, DE, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Born in Wilmington on May 24, 1950, Bob was the son of the late, Jesse J. Bors and Catherine (Lynam) Bors of Elsmere.
Age 93, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Francesca was born in Alassio, Italy and came to the United States in 1925. She was a dedicated wife to her loving husband, Joseph, a mother and grandmother. Francesca was a woman of strong faith with a passion for cooking and hospitality. She is predeceased by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Natale Ghiardo; two sisters; and one brother.
Marlene Dixie Maxwell (Roshon) of Townsend, Delaware, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 12, 2018. Born in Arizona in 1933, she lived her younger life with her parents and brother, travelling in Arizona and California. In the early 1950’s, while in college, she met and married Richard Allan Roshon, and they had three sons Russell, Walter, and Troy (deceased).
Mary Linda Vannoy Priestley, 72, of New London, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 9 at Christiana Hospital after a short illness. Mary Linda was born in Wilmington, Delaware on January 19, 1946 to Mary and Ralph Vannoy. She attended Friends School and graduated from the University of Delaware.
Robin, age 53, passed away from ovarian cancer at the Christiana Hospital with family by her side.
Shannon Lynn Kuntzman, age 49, of Wilmington, DE passed away on September 29th, 2018.

James Richard Henderson, "Tuffy", was born March 4th 1943 to John and Cecilia Henderson of Wilmington, DE. He attended St. Hedwig's Grade School where he studied Polish, played accordion, and was an altar boy. He graduated from Salesianum High School and joined the Navy where he  served on the U.S.S. Nitro and the U.S.S. Mississinewa on numerous Mediterranean tours of duty.

Joseph E. O’Neal, age 86, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2018. Born in Mt. Cuba and formally of Wilson Road, in Brandywine Hundred, he was the son of the late E. Margaret (Brosius) and Owen E. O’Neal. He served our country proudly in the Air Force and worked in and then operated the family business, O’Neal’s Bus Service, with his wife, Ethel Brown O’Neal, for several decades.
Desmond Thomas “Des” Markey, age 90, peacefully departed this life on September 21, 2018, with his daughters by his side. Born on July 14, 1928, in Limerick, Ireland, he was 1 of 7 children to Teresa Elizabeth McGrath Markey and Gerard Francis Stanislaus Markey, and grew up in Dublin, Ireland.
At the age of 61, James F. Kerr passed away peacefully in a hospital in Orlando, FL, on September 18, 2018.

Velma Mae (Stainbrook) (Miller) Wise died peacefully, Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Manor Care, Foulk Road, Wilmington, Delaware. She leaves behind her sons, Michael (Pat), Marvin (Maryland) and Daniel (Kathy); her daughters, Patricia (Joe) Giorlando and Susan (Jim) Birney; her three stepdaughters; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Velma was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, and her husbands, Marvin Miller and Nelson Wise, Jr.
