Francis G. Rossell, age 76, of Hockessin, DE passed away on March 11, 2019. Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Miriam (Kershaw) and Joseph Rossell. Francis worked as a pipefitter with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 74 for 57 years. He was incredibly active in the union, serving on multiple committees including the executive board.
On Sunday, March 10, 2019, Bernadette “Pat” Devlin Farley ‘faded away’, ‘in her words’, three weeks before her 96th birthday, with emerald green rosaries in hand and a reflection of the map of Ireland on her face. If her body complied, she wanted to live long enough to become a centenarian and be recognized on the ‘Today Show’, for Al Roker’s milestone birthdays.
Age 75, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2019 at Seasons Hospice surrounded by her family. Born in Trenton, NJ, Marge was the daughter of the late George and Thelma (Jenkins) Smith. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her grandson, Brian Moran.
W. Jeffrey Heinig, age 78 of Yorklyn, DE passed away peacefully on March 7, 2019. Born on June 29, 1940 to the late William T. Heinig, Jr. and Dorothy Whitehead Heinig, Jeff spent his first sixteen years in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from Northside High School in Atlanta, GA, and attended Rutgers University as an ROTC student, graduating in 1963 with a degree in economics. He immediately entered the U.S.
Dorothy A. Cook, age 78, of New Castle, DE passed away surrounded by her loving family on March 7, 2019. Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mildred and Samuel DeCarlo. Dorothy had various jobs, but spent most of her life as a homemaker for her five children. She enjoyed traveling to the beach with her husband, especially Lewes, DE and Coco Beach, FL.
David C. Williams, age 68, of Wilmington, DE passed away on March 6, 2019 at Heartland Hospice House. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Sara (Deitrich) and Charles Williams. David worked as the manager of computer services in the Department of Finance for the State of Delaware for over 31 years. David was an avid Science Fiction Fan who loved Star Wars.
Alexander M. Brown “Woods”, age 38, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 surrounded by his family.
Dr. Aydin Z. Bill was born in Istanbul, Turkey to Mrs. Fatine Kulaksiz and Dr. Cevat Zekai Bill. His parents were raised by families that lived alongside and served the last sultan of the Ottoman empire; his grandfathers were the Sultan Mehmet VI’s physician and court painter. His childhood was unique, and shaped his old-fashioned palace Turkish dialect, and his gentlemanly manners.

Leona Farrell, 56 of Newark passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Leona was born in Vineland, NJ, the daughter of the late Frances (Montecalvo) and Paul Nucito. She was a graduate of Buena Regional High School and a homemaker.
Passed on February 25th, with the same peace and grace in which she lived during her78 years.
Anna M. Pope, 94 of Bear, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2019 at New Castle Health and Rehab Center. Anna was born in Austria, the daughter of Anna (Weibung) and Franz Zuckersdorfer. She worked as a meat packer for Pantry Pride. Her husband, John W. Pope, passed away in 1995.

Born in Wilmington, DE, Dennis was the son of Elizabeth W. (Wolf) and Walter J. Libus, Jr. Dennis was a talented auto body painter at Rossi Auto Body Shop in Wilmington.
