Jean, age 90 of Woodcrest, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2015. She was born and raised in Seaford, DE, the daughter of Philip L. Wainwright and Elisabeth M. Wainwright. Jean graduated from Seaford High School in the class of 1942. She completed training as a Registered Nurse at the Wilmington General Hospital School of Nursing in 1945.
Age 45, of Avondale, PA, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 from injuries sustained in a car accident. Born in Wilmington, Jacqueline was the daughter of Edna Flower and John Cleaver. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 28 years, Saul Alvarez; her daughters, Alisa and Michelle Alvarez; five grandchildren, a brother and three sisters.

Born in Newark, DE, Steve was the son of Steven F. and Robyn (Thornton) McAvaney and a graduate of Christiana High School. He was a warehouse worker for UPS. Steven loved baseball and played for his high school and the Newark American Little League. He was a member of the Boy Scouts Troop 252.

Mr. Peter J. Hahn, age 68 years, died on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Christiana Hospital. He was the son of the late Paul J. Hahn and Elizabeth Abernethy Hahn. Mr. Hahn was a graduate of Salesianum School, class of 1964. He was employed by the DuPont Company at its Chestnut Run facility for 38 years. Following early retirement, Mr. Hahn was the sole caregiver for his invalid brother.

Age 88, of Wilmington, passed away at Christiana Hospital on January 21, 2015. Mr. McNeill was born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, the son of the late Nellie (McDowell) and Henry McNeill. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers and a sister. John retired after 40 years as a tractor trailer mechanic for Brake & Equipment and Harvey & Harvey. He was a member of Limestone Presbyterian Church.
