Luther “Guy” Cauthren, 86, of Killington, VT, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019. He was born on November 27, 1932 in North Wilkesboro, N.C., and spent most of his youth in Raleigh, N.C. After graduating from high school, Guy served in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 through 1957 as a fighter jet mechanic. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for his time served during the Korean War.

Nancy L. McCullough, 86 of Wilmington passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 at the home of her son.
Hugh M. Helm, Jr. of  Beverly Hills, FL, formerly of Wilmington, DE peacefully passed away on October 29, 2019. Born in Wilmington, DE he was the son of the late Mary (Lucey) and Hugh M. Helm, Sr. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilmington College and went on to work as a Postmaster for the Hockessin Post Office until his retirement in 2005.
Stephen Chalfant, age 57, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Wilmington, DE passed away on October 27, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Marie Curlett Phillippe, 1/7/1928-10/29/2019 Marie passed away at her current residence at the age of 91. She was born and raised in Oak Grove, DE and was the daughter of the late David B. and Lillian W. Curlett. Marie was a graduate of Conrad High School and was employed by the DuPont Company for 39 years.

Stephen T. Voitus, 78 of Hockessin passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Christiana Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Zachary Dylan Wojnisz, age 23, of Smyrna, DE passed away on October 23, 2019. Born in Newark, DE he was the son of Shelley (Turulski) McVey and Michael D. Wojnisz. He graduated from Polytech High School and worked as a server in several restaurants and a manager of CVS. Zachary was the kind of person who could light up a room and make everyone laugh with his comedic personality.
Kay F. Wolf, age 82 of The Villages, FL, died on September, 1, 2019. Mrs. Wolf was born in Ephrata, PA, the daughter of the late Helen (Keiper) and Paul Fasnacht. She was a teacher in the Red Clay School District for over 30 years, retiring in 1991. Kay moved to The Villages in 2009 from Bath, North Carolina.  She was a lifetime member of the Coast Guard auxiliary, Flotilla 14.
George Thomas Smith, Jr., 70, of Landenberg, PA, formerly of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Falls Church, VA, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Born and raised in Falls Church, VA, George was the son of the late George Thomas, Sr. and Manila (Malcolm) Smith.
Henrietta T. Zinkowski, 97 of Hockessin passed away peacefully at The Summit in Hockessin on Saturday, October 19, 2019 surrounded by her family.
Alice S Monagle passed away at the age of 87, She is predeceased by the best dad and husband Donald Monagle, parents Edward and the late great Sabina Schofield, brothers Edward and Joseph Schofield. Survived by her sisters Helen Bogert, Patricia Bennett, Mary Davis, brothers Paul, James and Francis Schofield.
NEWARK - Dorothy Marie TaBois, 93, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2019, in the presence of her loving family.  She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, and was the daughter of Charles and Mary Ann (Makely) Buchalski.  Upon graduation from James. J. Farris High School, Dorothy did clerical work for a number of years.
Donald Eugene St. James, age 88, passed away surrounded by his family on October 10, 2019, in Bear, DE. Donald enlisted in the United States Air Force and while stationed in Pittsburgh, PA he met and married Theresa Martin and they had four children.  Donald worked as a TIG welder for the Philadelphia Naval Yard for 36 years and retired when the shipyard closed.
Thomas A. D’Antonio, age 87, of Newark, DE passed away surrounded by his family at Christiana Hospital on October 12, 2019. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Thomas and Christine D’Antonio. Thomas enlisted and served in the United States Army as a paratrooper medic in the 82nd Airborne Division.

Frances “Frankie” E. Remer of Wilmington, Delaware and St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2019, surrounded by family at her home in Centreville. Born in Baltimore, MD on November 26, 1927, Frankie attended Bryn Mawr Academy and St. Mary’s Boarding School before continuing on to Bradford College.
