My heartfelt condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort through the happy and loving memories of your beloved Eric. May you also look to our Loving Heavenly Father, the God of all comfort, to provide what you need at this sad time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4, Psalms 83:18) He promises us that very soon, "He will wipe every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Revelation 21:3,4. What a wonderful promise! May all of His promises give you a measure of comfort, hope, peace and strength.

I am so sorry for your loss. It hurts to lose someone you love. I would like to share some encouraging scriptures from the Bible in Revelation 21:4 where God promises us a better life where there will be no tears, no death and no pain. All the former things will pass away. Please read this with your Bible. I hope this scripture strengthens you during this time of bereavement.

I worked with Eric from 1987 to 2009 when both lost our jobs at Everfast. We traveled for work for a number of years and shared an office for several years. We hung out and did side jobs together after being laid off. He was a lot of help last year helping me get my house ready to sell. It was sad seeing him getting sick so quickly, he was a great guy that will be missed.
