It was my delight to have had Lena in my life for the last 21/2 years. She was an exceptional lady, bright and caring. She loved to laugh and was up to date on everything. I loved being able to just walk across the street for a visit! Lena will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her. Anne Smith

AUNT LENA WAS A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE TO ALL WHO KNEW HER. WE TALKED WEEKLY AND SHE ALWAYS MADE ME LAUGH. WE BOTH LOVED TO DO WORD PUZZLES AND SHE ALWAYS SAID SHE WANTED TO KEEP HER MIND STRONG WHICH SHE DID. SHE THANKED GOD DAILY FOR HER HEALTH AND NEVER GAVE UP BUT ALWAYS MENTIONED SHE KNEW IT WOULD BE HER TIME TO GO SOON. WILL MISS TALKING TO HER AND SHE KNEW HOW MUCH I LOVED HER. NIECE O'NELL

Aunt Lena was truly special. I called her Aunt even though she was not my Aunt. She joined us for my sister, O'Nell"s birthday celebration and for heeers and husband, Bill's, anniversary. Aunt Lena had a wonderful sense of humor and was the delight and joy of the celebrations. She was truly an example for all of us to follow. I will truly miss her lovely notes and will always cherish the ones she sent to me. She is certainly am angel in Heaven.
