I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother, and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 - "The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4 we find God's promise to remove both pain and death. For more comfort, I turn to the website at: (Search: Comfort)

To the family and friends, I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. When Jesus was on earth his friend Lazarus died. He was in the tomb for 4 days already when Jesus arrived. Mary and Martha, Lazarus' sisters were grieving and Jesus gave way to tears. Jesus compared death to sleep. He called to Lazarus and Lazarus came back to life! You can read this wonderful true account in the Bible at John chapter 11. Jusus demonstrated what he will do for mankind when his kingdom government is ruling over all the earth. Our loved ones will come back to life! At time there will be no more pain or death (Revelation 21:3,4.) Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sayers, Eileen, Colleen, Gene, Phil and girls - Mom and I were very shocked and saddened to just learn about this news. Having grown up many summers together in Dewey, I have such fond memories of our families together. I was lucky enough to work at then MBNA with Phil and Veronica before I moved into Marketing/Wilmington, and it has probably been more than 15 years since I have seen her. I wish I had kept in touch, and I wish I could say something that would make things better. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers and know that she is in a better place now. May the wonderful memories comfort you all and help you to heal. With love, Maureen Duffy & Nancy Duffy

To family and friends of Veronica- I am deeply sorry for your loss. Veronica was a sincere and sweet person. She had a beautiful smile and a heart of gold. She came to my aid several years ago when she agreed to be our troop's "Cookie Mom." I will never forget Veronica.
